Steve Castillo of America Inspections, conducted a pre-sale home inspection for me. Steve was a recommendation from my Real Estate Agent. The intention of this letter is to commend Steve and describe in words my appreciation for his professionalism, knowledge, and understanding for conducting a solid home inspection. Steve introduced himself to me and right away I felt at ease with the stress that purchasing a home can entail.
